We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide drone mapping, aerial imaging, photogrammetry, construction consulting, inspections, and related services, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.
Drone project data may include aerial photographs, videos, orthomosaics, point clouds, 3D models, GIS and CAD deliverables. We treat client information as confidential and do not disclose confidential project information except as required to provide services or by law.
Data Ownership: Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement. We do not sell client project data.
Portfolio Use: Air Scout Drone Solutions LLC reserves the right to display photographs, videos, aerial imagery, maps, and other visual deliverables on its website, social media, printed marketing materials, presentations, and promotional materials unless a written confidentiality agreement provides otherwise. We will not intentionally publish confidential or proprietary project information without written consent.
Our drone operations comply with applicable FAA regulations. Our services are not legal land surveying unless specifically stated in writing and performed under the supervision of a licensed professional where required.
